An experienced commercial litigation attorney, partner Michael J. Mills has handled varied cases involving general corporate representation, commercial agreements, insurance coverage, intellectual property and licensing matters for 20 years.
He has represented clients in appellate matters in cases before the Arizona Court of Appeals, California Court of Appeals, Nebraska Court of Appeals, Nebraska Supreme Court and the United States.
Thomas J. McCusker, partner and Notre Dame Law School graduate, offers our clients more than 40 years of legal experience in commercial litigation, corporate governance, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
McCusker served for nearly 15 years as General Counsel of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Companies. Most recently, McCusker served as Executive Vice President of Business Conduct and General Counsel of Infogroup Inc.
